City tax from 1 April to 30 September: 1 € / day / person over 13 years.
Final cleaning to do yourself or by a housekeeper.
Cleaning charge € 50.
Heating: package € 35 per week.
The baby kit: cot, high chair & bath week € 12, € 15 a fortnight.
Pets conditional: € 20 per week.
The washing machine: the machine to five kilos / € 5 (the products are supplied).
You will be asked an initial payment of 25% of rental sum under a deposit for the reservation.
The balance of the rent must be paid one month before tournament taking possession of the premises.
A security deposit of 380 € will be required on the day of arrival.
